On Thursday 7th March 2013 UP Minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh and four other people related to DSP Zia Ul Haq murdercase were named. 4 FIRs are registered in this case. Other names include Om Srivastava, Gulshan Yadav, Guddu Singh and Rohit Singh.
Government transferred the case to CBI recently because of political pressure from opposition. CBI acts very faster now in this case.
According to the sources, CBI also compiled the newspaper clippings and video recordings in connection with the murder case.
